Privacy Policy

Due of the changes required for the EU regulations on Data Protection I would like you to know the following. 

I would never share your information with anyone or pass to other parties, even if they are also involved with your wedding.

I do not accumulate and store information on clients. 

I do not contact any customers with offers or incentives with the exception of a wedding show. The data collected on that day is for a one off email which you will have agreed to giving on that day.

I will store your photographs on back ups not connected to the internet - I have in the past had to send copies for customers who have misplaced their photos.

It is our intention to provide options in all contracts about the use and storage of photos for advertising and promotion. Our policy had now changed and surnames will not be used by us in this.

I am continuing to implement and review information on these laws as and when required. You can at any time opt out by contacting us on the email address hiya@aweandwonderphotography.com and changing or removing all information, contact information and photos.

How we collect, use, store data and images. 

Collection of Holding of Information.

The nature of my business requires me to know general information about your wedding day initially or about any photographic job I am required to do. The information will come from you the client as a reasonable and legitimate means of conducting business. I am committed to holding your information securely. On occasion authorised volunteers may need to access emails for the purpose of contact details or timings in order to make an appointment or clarify an address. 

The information is used to enable the services provided. 

Back up photos will only be accessed by the owner.

Awe & Wonder Photography and any associates working for the business will be recording still images as part of the services procured and provided. Images of people in attendance or participating in any event including weddings and family photo sessions and commercial sessions ( or any other work undertaken) may be used for advertising, promotion and other resources connected with Awe and Wonder Photography. By attending any event ( or work undertaken) you agree to Awe and Wonder Photography using your image and personal information recorded.

Your Rights and opting out

I just want to be able provide photographic services. In order to keep the business running I may need to use the images I take to promote and advertise. I hope that you are understanding in this. If any issue arises please get in contact and we will resolve the problem or query as quickly and amicably as possible.

If is important for you to know you can make changes to how your information and photos are used at any time. You have the following rights

your rights include the right to:

▪ Have inaccurate and incomplete data rectified; 

▪ Have the personal data (including images) we hold on you deleted (except where we are required to hold the data by law);
